For Research & Development structure of a Multinational Company leader in the fully automatic professional coffee machine market , Adecco Professional Solutions is looking for a
Technical Manager (TM_SW)
He will report to the Head of R&D for the company. His responsibilities will be:
• To manage the R&D activities and projects carried out in team in order to match the requirements and the time/cost goals
• To coordinate the engineers in order to properly distribute the job in accordance with the skills and the targets
• To build, manage and keep under control the overall budget of the structure, taking care of all the needs and the necessary resources
• To improve the team skills and teambuilding in order to have an efficient, effective team
• To collaborate with R&D office of the home company and the other departments in order to grant the project will arrive to the productions stage with success.
We need a candidate which:
• Has a good experience in developing products for mass production, with preference for electromechanical products.
• Has a previous experience of managing team of engineers – mechanical and testing - over challenging targets, with budgeting responsibility.
• Is dynamic, proactive, excellent team worker, together with good leadership qualities
• Can fluently work with German language. Good English is necessary. Italian is a preferred requirement, not a must.
• Is open to short trips to the Italian factory as well as to exhibitions, suppliers and customers if necessary.
The team carries out activities in mechanical Design, Electrical design, Experimental testing with a fully equipped laboratory. The team is currently made out of six people.
For mechanical design the company uses the Pro/Engineer CAD system, and Product View as PDM. Previous experience with these tools is not compulsory.
The working place is Dottikon, in SWITZERLAND.
We offer a collaboration contract as Temporary Manager, with an excellent chance of internalization in the company.
